We enjoyed our stay very much ? the apartment is very spacey, nicely furnished with all the things you need (big tv, dvd, dishwasher, washer,dryer etc...), the bathrooms are very big and the beds comfortable, really The kids loved going to the beach and the pool, so did we, every day well equipped thanks to the beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards as well as the loads of beach towels!!! Thank you again, I am glad I found your apartment on VRBO! We will definitely be back!!

Extremely nice! just as you said it would be... lots of amenties in the room, airconditioning everywhere, big fluffy towels, and a real comfortable king bed!! - pool was very comfortable and right near the beach.. even had spices and things in the cupboards...big shower, nice little deck, wish I could have had time to use the BBQ... thanks

This condo is the very best in the area- we have stayed in it a few times now and just love the peaceful setting and convenience of all the amenities. The staff and building manager are very helpful- only wish there were more dates available so we could return early 2009

We had an excellent time. The condo was as explained. The site manger Juan, answered any questions we had and coordinated our additional cleanings. Negatives-None; Positives-many, but need to mention the DVD players and movies on-hand, it helped since we had a couple of days with rain. I would definetly rent and recommend this unit/owner to anyone. I also liked the ability to pay via credit card...made the process very simple. We had a brilliant time staying in this condominium. The ocean view is beautiful, and like the ad states, the ocean is just a few steps away. We looked all over the Puerto Vallarta beachfront, and this unit is on the best beach in the whole bay. Swimming is good because the ocean is calm and warm. We appreciated Al's advice to go to the SuperWalmart close by. You may want to take a bus down to the store, and then load up a taxi with groceries. We are already planning to stay here again because the condo. is so clean, comfortable, and convenient. There is no comparison to a typical hotel room. Don't hesitate to rent it - is easy because the owner will take a credit card number unlike some of the other condo. owners.

Wanted to drop you a line and thank you for renting us your condo in Nuevo Vallarta. As expected we had a great time. It's about the 15th time we've been in PV and it once again met our expectations. The property was very accommodating, beautiful and peaceful. We went down to the hotel pool by the Paradise Village Marina a couple times, which helped us appreciate of the quiet your property afforded. A bit chaotic with all the kids down there. We saw a couple pods of dolphins acrobatically swim by, an iguana took a brief swim in the pool and we were involved in the release of some 200 one day old baby sea turtles. Pretty cool! We met the couple from Alaska that moved in on our departure. We had a nice chat, they seemed like very nice people. Convinced me that Alaska is a must for future vacation plans. We will be spending two weeks next year (February) in our own condo at Vallarta Torre, right next to the Krystal, but will not hesitate recommending your property to friends and family. Don't hesitate to rent this unit. This is a beautiful property. All conveniences of home, great kitchen, quiet, comfy and sat. TV was great for the hockey finals! Very convenient on main floor. Gardens and pool and common areas immaculate. Perfect beach. $75 for the sports club membership was worth it for the golf discount. $89 pp includes cart and clubs. Cab into Puerto Vallarta $16-$20. Never needed a rental car. I hope we can return to your unit. Thanks

Hi Al and Jill Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at the condo. The condo is beautiful, and decorated very nicely. We enjoyed boogie boarding at the beach and swimming in the pools. We did a couple of boating tours, trips to old vallarta, horseback riding and the waterslides. Definately would come again. We are enjoying ourselves immensely. I've managed to get in some tennis every Wed & Sat while working out in the gym all the other days (except Monday when they're closed). Today I'm going to do the "canopy" trip. My wife & sister-in-law have been enjoying walks along the beach and the pool as well as shopping in PV. There's no end to what one can buy! Actually, the ambiance is excellent and has created a very comfortable environment for all three of us. It's obvious that you put a lot of planning and expense in creating this comfort. Thanks... We're enjoying your condo, the DVD, TV, beach, swimming pool, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and the weather. My tennis game is still OK and I'm enjoying my daily workout at the gym. Thanks for thinking of us.

We had an amazing holiday in this spectacular condo, one week was not long enough. The accomodations are as welcoming as the setting and the view is awesome! I enjoyed the beautiful sunset while having happy hour on the balcony. The location is very convenient, walking distance to the pool, beach, shopping and my favorite place Bucerias. There are also many options for dinner which are found in the information book. I have many wonderful memories of P.V. one of them is letting the music take control and dancing the night away. We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful condo. Thank you for making it so comfortable. We enjoyed the evenings sitting out on the patio sipping wine and eating appetizers while watching the sunsets and our morning coffee listening to the ocean. Loved our walks on the beach and how convenient it was to get around. Our favour walk on the beach was to Bucerias to shop and lunch. We visited this beautiful condo with our daughter & grand-daughter. We all loved the walks along the beach and sitting outside on the spacious balcony day and night with a direct view of the ocean.
