We will rent, advertise and manage your property, and are paid by a commission of your rental sales, making your investment minimal. Our rental services include:

With an eye for colour, Jill sits down with you and finds colours and concepts that suit your taste & style; then provides suggestions for painting, decorating & furnishings. We have excellent painters who can paint feature walls, mouldings, etc.
We also provide personal shopping services in Puerto Vallarta, taking you to preferred stores and unique shops to find all you need, from your furniture to your appliance packages. We also can arrange shopping excursions to Guadalajara & Tonala, with personal store tours, visits to shops and markets and exclusive B.& B. accommodations.
