This condo has it all...it is just steps from the swimming pool- you can have loads of fun sitting on the deck while watching the kids swim, as we have pool toys,an inflatable ocean boat, and so much more!!! If you want to walk across the street to the wonderful beach, that stretches on and on for miles...simply open the pool gate and walk no more than 2-3 minutes across the street and down the access path directly to the beach!
We have beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels to bring over, or simply sit walk out the pool gate to the ETC Beach Club & Restaurant, and lounge under a palapa with your feet in the sand, eat, drink and watch the waves roll in!!!
Nitta is the newest development in the area and has only 51 condo units and penthouses, offering luxurious yet \"peaceful\" surroundings. We have a lovely pool and plenty of beach chairs and loungers. If you wish enjoy the building ammenities on our 6th floor:we have suntanning loungers with incredible ocean views, a rooftop deck for dining or visiting, a games room with pool table and dart board, gym, & business center, all while watching the waves break and gorgeous sunsets.
The waves are just right for boogie boarding practically every day, and you can walk for miles along the soft sandy beach. Other beaches in Puerto Vallarta can be rocky and/or limited by barriers, not ours, you can walk on our beach for almost 2 hours, all the way to Bucerias!
Inside the condo has fine granite and limestone counter tops, and marble bathrooms! The kitchen is full equipped with all the dishes, pot/pans and cooking equipment you will need for a big family, for either either a short term or long-term stay. Everything is included to enjoy your stay with the comforts of home. We provide everything from blenders/coffee makers, washer & dryer, complimentary cell phone & to boogie boards!
We selected the furniture and fabrics to make the space feel like a comfortable home.
Of course we include extras such as a stocked bottled water cooler, and high speed wireless internet as well.
